Scientists discover tipping point for the spread of ideas
Scientists at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute have found that when just 10 percent of the population holds an unshakable belief, their belief will always be adopted by the majority of the society. The scientists, who are members of the Social Cognitive Networks Academic Research Center (SCNARC) at Rensselaer, used computational and analytical methods to discover the tipping point where a minority belief becomes the majority opinion. The finding has implications for the study and influence of societal interactions ranging from the spread of innovations to the movement of political ideals.

The original Roman meaning for "Dictator" was in the context of serving in a temporal manner, without the negative connotation it has today of someone ruling supreme without adhering to any particular community accepted laws.
The current concept of a Dictatorship's aim is to rule unilaterally while enjoying the fruits of other individual's productive capacities in order to live well without having to work themselves. Dictators rule by force or by deceit.
While there are many examples of dictators enjoying their position by the use of force, like Hitler, Stalin, Pinochet and Franco, there's one current activity doing it invisibly by stealth taking place in most of the world allowing a few families to enjoy a splendorous high life status without most slaves realizing they are being enslaved, and therefore never attempting to "free" themselves of their enslavement.

The activity is called Fractional Reserve Banking allowing banks to create the Money Supply as Debt-Based money, forcing people of all socio-economic levels to pay the slavers in the form of "interest" a portion of the wealth they generate.
This manner of enslavement offers even better rewards to the enslavers the brute force form of enslavement does, because has the advantage it tends to last much longer, and deeply simplifies the rigors of directing the slaves to do their "job" with no opposition to the dictators, since slaves don't even realize they are being enslaved.
In this form of enslavement, the slaves feed, clothe and shelter themselves, freeing the Dictator from having to provide it for them.
This form of enslavement is applied using sophisticated Edward Bernays (Sigmund Freud's nephew) psychological techniques to force the adoption of a pre-fab dictator's narrative by the slaves. It has lasted since at least 1696 when the enslavers-dictators founded the Bank of England to impose the Debt-Based currency most countries in the planet use today.
There's an old image of slavery as someone in chains being forced to work doing things they rather not do, but the concept of slavery has to be modernized to explain the new form of slavery applied from the mind where the victim-slave takes decisions according to the narrative he has adopted as "reality" from the dictator-enslaver. This form of slavery is a much more sophisticated mechanism to suck the energy and productive capacity of all slaves, from the glorified "entrepreneurs" to their employees, academics, politicians and all agents working in the Real Economy.
The true "Dictators" are those who preside at the top of the financial pyramid. Finance unlike the productive sector manufacturing and servicing the Real Economy, does not produce in fact absolutely nothing and their "profits" are mere mind games brainwashed into existence in the official bankers narrative used to steal from the true profits earned in the process of producing consumer goods and services.
Most people working in banking institutions are decent well behaved citizens trapped in the same fake official narrative everybody else is being enslaved with.
CONTROL IS APPLIED THROUGH THE MIND, the solution is changing the NARRATIVE, ethos.
